Sherri M. Herman, MA, LPCC is a licensed clinical psychotherapist, coach, and loneliness expert with nearly 15 years of professional experience.

 

With a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Lay-Ordination in Zen Buddhism, and training as a Spiritual Coach, Sherri seamlessly blends psychological research, neuroscience, mindfulness, and spirituality to promote emotional well-being.

 

Drawing from her own experiences of overcoming loneliness, Sherri is a trusted guide in empowering individuals to cultivate self-love and conquer emotional isolation.

 

Known for her warmth and compassion, she has impacted hundreds of lives through psychotherapy, support groups, workshops, retreats, and seminars.

Sherri enjoys building a meaningful life with her husband and son. They enjoy playing games, camping and BBQ's with friends, watching movies, and enjoying their pets "Spirit" (dog), "Daisy" (cat), and "Mochi" (axolotl).
