My friend, I've been right where you are. 
And it sucks.

As a twice-divorced, single-mom who was raised in a home affected by alcoholism, I felt incredibly lonely, invisible, and unlovable for years. 

In fact, it wasn't so long ago that I became aware that I had actually been lonely for most of my life but I didn't realize it. 

For years, I was constantly seeking to feel loved from other people but it always felt like I was trying to draw water from an empty well. 

Even if people did show me genuine love and care, I couldn't really let it in. It's like I had an invisible wall that wouldn't let love in,

I know firsthand what it's like to feel entirely broken, lost, and unloved.

It took me over a decade to learn how to feel lasting love and connection from the inside out.

Who is Sherri?

Sherri M. Herman is a compassionate Spiritual Coach who has practiced clinical psychology for over 13 years.


She holds a master's degree in counseling psychology, has been trained in spiritual coaching. She brings a unique blend of spirituality and science to promote well-being for your whole person. 


Specializing in empowering individuals to cultivate self-love and overcome loneliness, Sherri draws on her experience and study of Psychology, Neuroscience, Buddhism, Christianity, and non-traditional spirituality to provide a hopeful path for those grappling with the pain of loneliness.


More importantly, she draws on her own experiences of divorce recovery, overcoming deep loneliness as a single mom, 12-step work, spiritual and contemplative practices.


Known for her warmth and empathy, Sherri has provided counseling, workshops, support groups, seminars and retreats in collaboration with Twin Cities Churches and affiliated organizations, including Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, Westminster Presbyterian Church, Bethlehem Lutheran Church, as well as Mental Health Connect in Minneapolis, MN
