How often do you think...

"I'm not just burned out and overwhelmed. I feel so alone."

"I feel lost, like I don't know
who I am anymore.

My life and work used to be fulfilling,
now it just feels empty.

At the end of the day, you just wish you could feel some peace.

When you bury yourself in your work or other activities to avoid feeling lonely, you’ll find yourself on a hamster wheel of discontentment.

Guess What?

My friend, I've been right where you are.

For years, I was lookin' for love in all the wrong places. I buried myself in my work and lost sight of who I was in pursuit of people-pleasing, goal chasing, and short-term relief. I was constantly seeking to feel loved and fulfilled from other people or accomplishments, but the satisfaction was never lasting.

It took me over a decade to learn how to feel lasting peace, purpose and connection from the inside out.

Living with loneliness impacts your health like smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Yikes!

According to the U.S. Surgeon General, loneliness can reduce your life span by nearly 30% and increase your risk of several other health complications, including stroke, heart disease, mental illness, and more.

Y'all, that's not good.
By any chance do any of these distractions sound familiar to you? I'm familiar with all of them:
  • adding more toxic relationships to your life that create stress, drama, and chaos

  • doom scrolling on your phone or watching endless hours of reels or TV

  • filling up your calendar to stay busy

  • trying to solve everyone else's problems

  • shopping too much, eating too much, drinking too much (anything too much)

  • attacking yourself (or others) with blame and criticism

  • suffering in silence

My friend, from my personal experience and nearly 15 years of professional experience, I know that these tactics only bring short-term relief, zero long-term satisfaction,
and can often up amplifying your suffering in the long run.

Loneliness is a hunger cue for Connection

With my guidance, you can experience the kind of connection that actually leaves you feeling satisfied, that withstands hard times, and that makes you feel loved.
No Matter What.

"As I ventured into a new career pursuit, I found myself feeling unconnected, stuck and lacking the motivation to push forward. That's when I reached out to Sherri for help, and I'm so grateful that I did.

From the moment we started working together, Sherri's warmth and expertise shone through. What stood out to me the most was her skilled yet gentle approach to coaching, which allowed me to feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Instead of simply telling me what to do, Sherri guided me through a process of self-discovery, helping me to uncover new insights about myself.

Through our sessions, I gained a deeper understanding of my strengths, challenges and how to work with them both in order to move forward.  I also learned the value of being kinder to and more accepting of myself.  Sherri's keen insight and skillful guidance helped me break through barriers and find the motivation I needed to continue pursuing my dream with renewed energy and purpose.
