I'm Sherri M. Herman, Licensed Psychotherapist.
As a mom, wife, licensed psychotherapist, speaker, consultant, and recovering perfectionist, I know what it’s like to pour yourself into the holidays, managing everyone’s needs, keeping it all together, and running on empty. I’ve been there too, trying to make everyone happy while losing sight of my own peace.
For over 15 years, I’ve helped hundreds of people ease stress and people-pleasing through practical tools grounded in psychology, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
